Maxillary and mandibular midline is not in relation. I would suggest to distally incline the maxillary right first and second premolars (1.4 and 1.5) to close the gaps formed between the upper and lower posterior teeth. This might also improve the class I molar relationships; the mesiobuccal cusp of the maxillary first molar should be directly in line with the buccal groove of the permanent mandibular first molar. The mandibular first molar (4.6) should be distally inclined so that the distobuccal cusp can follow the curve of Spee,The necks of the maxillary teeth are not harmonious with one another. The maxillary right lateral incisor should also be distally inclined. The posterior teeth are not aligned with the anterior teeth. The occlusal plane is compromised and therefore the OVD is questionable. The gingival roll could be reduced and individualized more.
