Case 2 Discuss appliance you would fabricate for this case

  1. It would be ideal if 2.7 could be extracted to create space for distal movement of teeth in second quadrant.
Palatal retractors on premolars and molars for distal movement of posterior teeth and make space for blocked-out canines.
Canine retractors on 1.3 and 2.3 to bring them into the arch.
Adams cribs on 1.6 and 2.6 for retention
    Labial bow soldered

  2. Adams cribs on the 1.6 and 2.6 for retention.
Labial bow soldered because you want to move the laterals and the canines.
Finger springs on 1.2 and 2.2? to open space for the canines.
And canine retractors, to bring them in arch.

  3. I will make use of a coffin spring to expand the arch with adam's cribs on the 4's and 6's. A second appliance will have a labial bow with some springs if necessary.

  4. i will suggest that the 1.4 and 2.4 should be extracted to create a spaces for the erupting canines
place a canine retractor on the 1.3 and 2,3
place z-spinge on 2,2 and 1.2 and only active them after the canines are in the desired position.
modified Adam's cribs on the 1.1 and 2.1
