• I would place a modified Adam’s cribs on the 1.1 and 2.1 to keep them in the same position. • Adam’s cribs on the 1.6 and 2.6 for retention. • Adam’s crib with coils on the tags on the 1.4. This tags when activated with allow the 1.4 and 1.5 to move distally thus to close the space between 1.5 and 1.6 • Place finger springs on the 1.2 and 1.3 to move them distally.
