1. over-bite, mandibular anteriors should be lowered. 2.Distal of the canine should be angled towards the posterior. 3. Posteriors are not contacting in the correct places.
the neck of the 2.2 is depressed. The long axis of the 2.3 should angled to the distal. not good occlusion on the patient's left and there is too much overbite.
occlusion needs to be worked on with regard to the premolars. canines are hanging on maxilla. great overbite. mandibular anterior teeth need to be reset in order to achieve/produce contact with incisal edge of anterior teeth
Occlussion isnt correct. 2.3 can be pushed in more. theres a great overbite, the mandibular anteriors can be set more buccally. The neck of 2.1 is too much exposed. 1.2 can be raised. 1.3 neck can be pushed in more.
Maxillary anterior teeth are set at different heights and are not straight.quadrant 2 and 3 are not occluding.mandibular anteriors need to be lowered.angles of premolars on maxilla and mandible are incorrect.
The necks of the Maxillary incisors should be inclined slightly toward the distal, to straighten the incisal edges. The necks of the anterior teeth should be more depressed. I think the mandibular anterior teeth should be angulated towards the ridge and that they should be set more anterior to reduce the over jet, this should make space for the posterior teeth to occlude correctly.
The front teeth of the maxilla are to forward which create an overbite; the occlusion could be improved by correctly placing the maxillary premolars into the embrassures of the opposing teeth.
There is a large overbite. The lower anterior teeth should be lowered ro fix this- this will correct the step that has been created from anterior teeth to posterior teeth. This step makes the teeth out of harmony. The neck of the 2.3 can be pushed in slightly while the neck of the 2.2 can be pushed out.
- arch of the maxilla is set in too much of a triangular shape - should follow the shape of the arch - teeth on pts right/ mandible are off the ridge - improve on occlusion - overjet and overbite too big - mandibular incisors are following a plane that does not correspond to the maxillary incisors
too much of an over bite and the mandibular first molars can tilted more towards the lingual
ReplyDelete1. over-bite, mandibular anteriors should be lowered.
ReplyDelete2.Distal of the canine should be angled towards the posterior.

Big over bite and over jet.
ReplyDeleteposterior teeth are not set at the right position.
the 1.1 is longer than 1.2 and the maxillary posterior teeth on patients left should be moved distally for better occlusion
ReplyDeletethe neck of the 2.2 is depressed. The long axis of the 2.3 should angled to the distal. not good occlusion on the patient's left and there is too much overbite.
ReplyDeleteBig overbite and overjet. appears to be an open bite. Mandibular teeth in the 3rd quadrant are higher than the teeth in the 4th quadrant, no balance.

ReplyDeleteOcclusion of posterior teeth are incorrect and theres a great overbite. The neck of the 2.1 canine can be adjusted more distally.

ReplyDeleteThe upper left posteriors can be set more posterior, and the lower left posteriors can be raised to correct the occlusion.

DeleteBig overbite and overjet. The posterior are not occluding
ReplyDeletean overbite is noticeable and 1.1 is hanging a bit. its appearing to be longer than 2.1.
ReplyDelete1.1 angulation is incorrect. Too much over bite and over jet
ReplyDeleteno occlusion. overbite and overjet is too much. posterior teeth of maxilla should be pushed more back
