1. Midline is out. 2.teeth are not in harmony, mandibular anteriors, in terms of their incisal height. 3. A little more time on the posteriors would have resulted in a near centric occlusion 4.Maxillary anterior teeth necks should be more depressed
the long axis of the 1.3 is too much distally and this affected the mid-line being shifted and also the 1.1 being a bit longer than the 2.1. the teeth on the mandibular patient's left not on the ridge
maxillary teeth are leaning over too much, necks have to be pushed in. maxillary centrals are not angled right. mandibular 3.5 is not in harmony with the arch.
midline is out, maxillary teeth are not set to occlusal plane. mandibular posterior are not on the ridge, patients left(set buccal to the ridge) and right(set lingual to the ridge). mandibular anteriors seem to be set incorrectly as incisal edges are not straight.
Maxillary centrals can be straightened. the posterior teeth on the 4th quadrant is off the ridge. neck of 4.3 too out. the manbibular anteriors are more lingual then other teeth. the 2.2 is not straight.
Midline is incorrect and can inprove with the occlusion of posterior teeth. Maxillary 1.3 canine is set up to straigt and mandibular posterior teeth of patients left is off the ridge.
The midline is off; the lower anterior teeth are set too high; 1-3 could be rotate a bit and move so the occlusion is improve. 4-5 is not aligned correctly.
midline is very out. mixillary anteriors should be shifted to the patients right to correct it. The occlusion of the premolars on the patients right is out. The 1.4 should be twisted so that the long axis is straight and cusp tip falls into gapto close it. Grinding would be necessary.
- Midline of maxillary and mandibular does not correspond with each other - improve on occlusion - overjet too big - mandibular posterior teeth are off the ridge - inclination of mandibular anterior teeth not correct - check the inclination of mandibular anterior teeth - not correct - wax up bulky

ReplyDeleteIt looks like there is a big over jet.
The neck of anterior teeth should be depressed.
