It looks like a Big over bite.
This is a decent set-up. 2.1's long axis is a tad mesial. can be set a bit more distally. only a little bit.(only the neck of the tooth)
Anteriors dropped a little. Mandibular anteriors can be brought foward a little.
The long axis of the 2.1 should tilt more mesialy. The teeth are not exposed enough meaning more gum may show when the patient smiles.

1. Large Over Bite.2. Lower mandibular anteriors
1.1 is longer than the 2.1, this because the long axis of the 2.1 is tilted more to mesially. The teeth are less exposed.
great overbite, canies are hanging, posterior teeth are lower than the central incisors and mandibular anteriors should be lowered
Big overjet. MAndibular anterior teeth are higher than the posterior teeth. The 2.2 can be angled better.
maxillary centrals is to high and is skew.theres a slight overbite.
The lower anterior teeth are too high, the midline is a bit off. The maxillary front teeth are positioned too forward from the ridge
Incisors facial surface are set to flat. Overbite to big
- good occlusion- overbite too big- teeth on pts right is a lot lower than on pts left - look at curve of Spee of left and right- overall a good set up
Thank you ma'm, will see to those mistakes.
